Return & Refund Policy for Saree Products

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sarees with fabric defects, wrong color, or wrong design received can be returned or exchanged.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Sarees that have been custom-embroidered, customized, or altered are non-returnable.
• Any item purchased during a sale or clearance may have different terms; please check before ordering.

3. Return Process:

• Contact customer support at tejmidamenterprise@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.

4. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned saree.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error.

5. Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are possible for sarees of equal or lesser value.
• If the replacement saree is of higher value, the customer needs to pay the difference.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged saree, please contact customer support immediately with photographs of the issue.
• We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

7. General Notes:

• Ensure that returns are well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
• Refunds and exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the returned saree.
• This policy applies only to saree products purchased online.
